WHO WE ARE
Based in Nottingham, DF Supported Accommodation is a space where every young person is valued for who they are, and where they can feel safe and supported as they transition into independent living.
Leaving care can be a challenging and intimidating experience, and we understand this, which is why we provide a comprehensive range of support services designed to meet the needs of each individual.
We create a nurturing and empowering environment that fosters growth, resilience, and a sense of belonging for young people transitioning to adulthood. From support with accessing counseling sessions, to providing life skills training, we work closely with young people, and professionals, to ensure all of our young people have the tools they need to thrive in their new environment.
